The majority of our items ship within the next two business days after you place your order. Smaller items will ship out UPS ground and are left at the front door if nobody is home to sign for the delivery. Larger, bulkier items will ship via truck line. Truck line shipments are "End of Driveway" service only. It is the customer's responsibility to get it in the house after delivery. In these instances, the truck line will notify you when shipment will be made to arrange for delivery.

Some items do not ship directly from our warehouse and may take longer for delivery. These delivery times are noted on that item page.

Home Accent Superstore has a 15% restocking fee for returned orders. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Credit will not be issued until item is received in good condition at the Home Accent Superstore warehouse. Please call to obtain a return authorization. 1-888-258-0533

If your item is damaged due to shipping, we request that you reject the shipment and notify us at 1-888-258-0533 so we can send a replacement.

If you do receive a damaged item, it will be necessary for you to file damage claims with the shipping company. Damage claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment.

Special order items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged in shipping.
