Mailbox Outlet has a 15% restocking fee for returned orders. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Credit will not be issued until item is received in good condition at the Mailbox Outlet warehouse. Please call 1-888-258-0533 to obtain a return authorization.

Custom items such as address plaques are non-returnable unless damaged in shipping or defective.

If your item is damaged due to shipping, we request that you reject the shipment and notify us at 1-888-258-0533 so we can send a replacement.

If you do receive a damaged item, it will be necessary for you to file damage claims with the shipping company. Damage claims must be made within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
