Custom items such as address plaques are
non-returnable unless damaged in shipping or defective.
If your item is damaged due to shipping, we request that you reject the
shipment and notify us at 1-888-258-0533 so we can send a replacement.
If you do receive a damaged item, it will be necessary for you to file
damage claims with the shipping company. Damage claims must be made
within 10 days of receipt of shipment.
